Hello everyone!! After a pleasant time that I spent here in Steemit, where I have seen a lot of art in process, a lot of beautiful poetry and writings that have made my soul happy, I feel grateful to have achieved this place where I feel that people realize the effort what we do every day.

Even so, I feel that my potential, like that of other people, does not catch all the attention it should.

I read some post's about The alliance and it seemed like a nice opportunity to try to be part of something in this community, I had some doubts, but they were immediately answered on their Discord channel of the Beta Syndicate by @Sol25.
After solving my doubts I decided that I wanted to send a postulation and here it is.

Después de un tiempo agradable que pasé aquí en Steemit, donde he visto un montón de arte en proceso, una gran cantidad de poesía hermosa y escritos que han hecho feliz a mi alma, me siento agradecida de haber encontrado este lugar donde siento que la gente se da cuenta el esfuerzo que hacemos todos los días.

Aun así, siento que mi potencial, como el de otras personas, no capta toda la atención que debería.

Leí algunas publicaciones sobre The Alliance y me pareció una buena oportunidad para tratar de ser parte de algo en esta comunidad, tenía algunas dudas, pero me respondio @Sol25 de inmediato en el canal de Discord del Sindicato Beta.
Después de resolver mis dudas, decidí que quería enviar una postulación y aquí está.

How did I find The Alliance?

A friend @henryn2020 sent me a post on Facebook where they talked a little about The Alliance. It was this one if you feel curious to know which posts. My friend is not part of The Alliance but he thought that since I am new I might be interested in being part of a group like this. After reading that post I started thinking about many possibilities and at the same time, I thought about telling several friends that are part of steemit with me.

¿ Cómo encontré a The Alliance ?
Un amigo @henryn2020 me envió un post vía Facebook donde se hablaba un poco sobre The Alliance. Fue este por si sienten curiosidad de saber cual post. Mi amigo no es parte de The Alliance, pero pensó que, como soy nueva, podría estar interesada en formar parte de un grupo como este. Después de leer esa publicación comencé a pensar en muchas posibilidades y, al mismo tiempo, pensé en contarles a varios amigos que son parte de Stemmit.

Why do I want to be part of this group?

I would like to meet more people, even though my little time in steemit has not been bad, it has been a bit lonely, I have entered other discord channels where I feel quite intimidated and I do not feel part of anything.
I want to be part of this group because I know I could learn a lot more, I want people to also be able to see my artistic works, because it is very important for me to receive comments and criticism, they help me grow in my personal work. At the same time learn from others.
I would also like to be part of those great people who help others in the steemit community.

¿ Por qué quieres formar parte de este grupo?
Me gustaría conocer a más personas, aunque mi poco tiempo en Steemit no ha sido malo, ha sido un poco solitario, he entrado en otros canales de Discord en los que me siento intimidada y no me siento parte de nada.
Quiero ser parte de este grupo porque sé que podría aprender mucho más, quiero que las personas también puedan ver mis obras artísticas, porque es muy importante para mí recibir comentarios y críticas, me ayudan a crecer en mi trabajo personal. Al mismo tiempo también aprender de los demás.
También me gustaría ser parte de esas grandes personas que ayudan a otros en la comunidad de Steemit.

What outstanding qualities of my personality do I want to share with The Alliance and be a member of this wonderful family?

I am a student of plastic arts, and I specialize in photography, but I am integral in the arts, I like to draw and paint too, I have always liked to learn a little of everything. I can offer a space on my blog for reflection on art and feelings. I'm quite sensitive. well in the art world I think that you need that to be part of it.

¿Qué cualidades sobresalientes de mi personalidad quiero compartir con The Alliance y ser miembro de esta maravillosa familia?
Soy estudiante de artes plásticas y me especializo en fotografía, pero soy integral en las artes, también me gusta dibujar y pintar, siempre me ha gustado aprender un poco de todo. Puedo ofrecer un espacio en mi blog para reflexionar sobre el arte y los sentimientos. Soy bastante sensible. bien en el mundo del arte, creo que necesitas eso para ser parte de él.

Apart from art I love video games, my family has been full of gamers and I think I adopted that from them, I dedicate some posts to videogames and lately it occurred to me to make these posts together with my fan arts.

I can offer all my enthusiasm and desire to grow in the community to all the people who are part of it, motivate them to continue and to be better every day in what they propose with ideas. Life is made to learn and every effort is worth it, and more if in that journey we are together with people who help us to be better.

Puedo ofrecer todo mi entusiasmo y deseo de crecer en la comunidad a todas las personas que forman parte de ella, motivarlos para que continúen y sean mejores todos los días en lo que proponen con ideas.
