3 Abs Exercises for Beginners
Hello guys, in this article you are going to learn about 3 abs exercises only for beginners. Beginners at the gym find it extremely hard to figure out on which exercise to do and most of the guys whom they ask for advice gives them advice for difficult abs exercises which needs to be done with immaculate form as those exercises are prone to injury. So in this article you are going to learn 3 exercises which targets the whole abdominal region making the abs stronger and the abs muscles to pop out. These exercises are strictly only for beginners going to the gym for the 1st time or guys who has been in the gym for a month or so. This routine needs to be done for a minimum of 3-4 months as anything less than that for a beginner doesn't develop proper mind and muscle connection. So let's start-
Crunches
Many would regard crunches as totally useless when it comes to abs exercise but crunches has their place. Crunches are especially great for beginners to start off their abs workout.
3 set of 20-20-20 reps
Lying Leg Raises
This is probably one of the best abs exercise. You will feel insane amount of burn in your lower abdomen if you do this movement properly. The trick is to slowly lower your legs during the exercise.
Hyperextension
The abs muscle is a huge muscle group. It extends towards the back. The hyperextension is another great exercise to strengthen the abs and lower back. Not only us the hyperextension great for the abs but it also is a great exercise to prevent yourself for future lower back injuries
3 sets of 15-15-12 reps.
So these 3 exercises are more than enough for a beginner to achieve the foundation of rock hard abs.
