The POWER Of Positivity

The placebo effect and the power of positivity has been felt by most in daily life and has indeed received much interest from scientists and academics over the years. A Placebo is of course a substance or treatment with no active therapeutic effect, given to a person in order to deceive the recipient into thinking that it is an active treatment. What is amazing is that the Placebo affect demonstrates we are creating cellular change within our bodies with only positive (or negative) thought!
        The findings of the many experiments on the Placebo effect have deep implications for positive thought and optimism vs pessimism. It is not that the optimists view is any more correct on any particular subject, but their viewpoint may actually make them more healthy.
