What's Chinese New Year without some baked goodies?
Sharing with you all one of my favorites. Fragrant, light and airy Chinese New Year cookies, kuih bangkit.
It's melt-in-the-mouth coconut cookies. It just needs a gentle push of your tongue the moment you bite into it. It really MELTS immediately in the mouth! My mumzilla bought this from a home baker in my hometown Kelantan.
You have to pre-order 1-2months ahead in order buy to get their cookies. And they only sell a limited quantity each year. So mumzilla is FAST every year! Another 1 month to go until Chinese New Year but I'm finishing the cookies😩 So fat and sad 😭
Someone keep asking for it. No baby you cannot have too much. (So irresistible😋)
