Dine with loved one

Parenting requires alot of sacrifice. Sacrifice is decent but not at the expense of neglecting your loved one mainly your spouse. After all, you wouldn't have your children if is not because of your spouse.

Thanks to my husband for having the idea 4 years ago to invite one of our church members to become one of Jansen's caregiver so that I can have some breather out of the house to have my own space and also to keep my sanity intact. We, husband and wife, set everyday Saturday as our love-date and have our caregiver to take care Jansen. I super look forward to this day!!!

We had our dinner at one small yet decorous restaurant called "Be Sixth - Comfort Food". Indeed the food is a comfort to your soul. I had my chicken breast marinated with Dukkah spices, sauteed potatoes with onion, with Pomodoro sauce, mushy green peas and peasprout.

It is served this way with the meat on top of the potatoes

Malaysia's popular drink - 'teh tarik' (in Malay language)- pulled tea(direct translation), tea with condensed milk or/and evaporated milk and pulled from one container to another to make the foam. Best part is there is my husband to drink together with me
