Ulog 14th day (Summoned)
Last thursday july 5, 2018 my mother received a summon for july 7, 2018 hearing against two of our tenants about the collection of money because they didn't agree to the newly rate but before it was 500php and the new rate is 700php. But two months ago we already called all of our tenants to had a meeting about the newly rate and we the land lords think that there will be no problems to come cause they all agreed in the meeting.
While we are waiting of them, the rain comes.
Recently we faced them in Jagobiao barangay hall and we had the agreement and still ended in our favor. It was a full of emotions that we didn't expect that they did this to us but hopefully no more summons to come.
