Go Noodle House - Perhaps Wine Is The Winning Factor?

in #food7 years ago

I realized that I have not been posting food lately. What has gotten into me lately?

Food is life. Food is love.

Today I'm back to posting photos of food and the menu is something soupy, TBH not my kind of food.

Nonetheless, I thought I would share this with you guys.

For Malaysians, I think you would have heard or even patronized Go Noodle House. This is a throwback to Genting as I visited one of their branches there.

It was my first time trying the noodles there since I'm not a fan of soupy stuff.

Pic was taken before dinner time.

I love the fact that they have seats for foreveralone people and a socket for charging your phone or your laptop.

Whenever I visit a new shop, I love to try their milk tea to see if it's nice. A great milk tea may influence my decision whether to return to a shop or not. I guess their milk tea was decent but not the best.

I ordered their signature noodles. I choose meatballs instead of fishballs, as I'm not a huge fan of the latter. I guess you can say that their soup is different. They actually use a little bit of wine in their cooking which made them better than regular noodle soup. That said, I'm still not a fan of soupy stuff, with a few exceptions.

Their fishballs are special as they have meat inside of it. Quite decent.

This is their noodles with fish. I think the soup is the same, just the difference in the main ingredient.

It's about 11 pm here so that's all I'm sharing for today. I hope you guys enjoyed reading this short post!

lol you used one of my favourite phrases 'Food is love'..I have a series living up to that name!! :)) I like how you use milk tea as a secret benchmark for the restaurants ;)

Btw, it's always a little disappointing to me when the soup for all the bowls are the same, even when one is fishball and one is meatball :(

Oh well, a great drink makes food better :P

Haha even if they had a different soup I probably won't go crazy over it.. :D

Oh well, a great drink makes food better :P

How true..it can even wash down an unpleasant taste :)

You're just not so much a noodle-soup guy ;)

Nice blog, you are making me hungry reading your post lol

Haha thanks :)

I love food a lot so I post mainly on food.

I love food too, I had tsukemen for dinner earlier at the newly opened Mitsuyado Seimen located in Starling Mall. I would recommend it if you haven't tried it before.

That sounds great but I'm not based in KL though. I had the Village Park nasi lemak, ratha raub curry house and some ice cream from a Jap shop when i was there. Starling mall was still under construction then..

Ahhh maybe during your next trip to KL then

I am your oppisite. I appreciate soupy stuffs as it keeps my body warm. I think I have been to this franchaise in PJ before, but I need to double confirm.
resteemed will upvote later when my power is up to a good vote value. :)

Yea it's quite popular in KL and Selangor i think. My ex-colleagues used to talk about this place. Thanks for the resteem!

So... you like it or not?

Erm.. I'm conflicted but I guess it was good among food I don't really like. You know what I mean?

Yep, know the feeling.
