One of my favorite things to do in the summer is to go camping. My Grandfather always took us as kids and now its a tradition to take my son too. Since I love to cook as well here is what i whipped up during our camping trip.

I was in a ka-bob mood so we sliced up some fresh veggies with my prepared chicken and stuck them on some skewers and threw them on the grill.

Also I made lemon pepper shrimp kabobs, with fresh squeezed lemon!
