When I was a teenager, I started to understand a fact: I used to get inspired by people, easily! honestly speaking, I was wondering many times, maybe I'm stupid! everybody in a form, would inspire me. A taxi driver for good driving skill, a businessman for being successful, a watcher for being so responsible for his job, a friend for his opinion on something intellectual, a mother for her devotion and so on... the list had no ending!

Such feeling led me in to good things happening in my life, which I want to share with you:

1. ability to love people

once you realize everyone can be gifted and talented in a way, you will be able to like everybody. and when you like someone because of a quality he/she performs, you interact and communicate in a good way.

2. looking in depth

when this proves to you as a fact, that everybody has a talent and quality to be distinguished, you will be more curious about people when you meet them for the first time. to observe that quality, to discover the characteristics etc. ofcourse you have to be cautious in this item and I have failed many times, looking rude or not respecting people's privacy :)) well, I was young and naive! not anymore!

3. Networking

this is where I wanted to reach from the beginning of this post!
When you got armed with the ability to love people, you will be able to build a bigger network than anyone else. you will learn to categorize your friends and keep contact them with relative concerns, subjects and issues to discuss.

Thinking Outside the Box needs...

Networking with as many people as you can, in as many different fields as you know! Relating your ideas with others' who are in totally different boxes (who are outside your sphere). Innovators gain a radically different perspective when they devote time and energy to finding and testing ideas through a network of diverse individuals.

In this pictures, taken 3 years ago, we, graduates of University of Tehran, Faculty of Engineering, gathered in my office to have a chat and keep in touch. we have separated in our paths, but we have done several businesses together so far.

In this picture, there is an artist, me, a government organ manager and a consultant! none of us studied in same high school, none of us were neighbors. I was the reason we have this pic! picture is for 16 years ago, in an event organized by my company, Ariagostar (PersianBlog group of sites)

I always try to keep the bridges behind, keep people in touch and contact. I know, everyone can be of help a day; and if this never happened (the day of need) you will enjoy a friendship at least.
