Six Week Health Week 5 -
My entry into the #sixweekhealth challenge hosted by @healthsquared & @sweetsssj. Big thanks to you guys for your encouragement of healthy living by a series of contest.
So what I do to keep fit ?
Being a medical student , we learn so much about healthy living and though I may not follow up effectively , I try my best to work out once in a while.
Below are some of the activities that occur during my routine workouts.
TABLE TENNIS
This is one game ,I have gotten to enjoy very and now play very often. The game of table tennis works the mind, the hands and at large the whole body. A healthy individual can maintain health by keep eating write and participating in less stressful sport like Table tennis
CHIN UPS
Due go lack of adequate sparing equipments, i have to improvise a lot. This is myself doing a chin up work up of my tricep and bicep brachii muscles. It still gets to develop other muscles of the upper trunk.
WORKING OUT WITH THE WEIGHT LIFT
This exercise when done with friends is so much fun but can actually be stressful on your own.
STANDING FROG HOP
Learnt this workup back in the day in my military high school. Though it can be really painful at first, it's really good for the thighs
