
晚上又开始下雨了,一到雨天反而不想做饭。出去吃吧,不是很划算。叫外卖吧,又不想麻烦外卖小哥。最后还是决定简简单单煮个面对付一下得了!
烧水时偶然瞥见冰箱里还有吃剩下半颗羽衣甘蓝,切了切准备放进面里。水开豆腐也煮老了,下面,过了一会儿把紫甘蓝丢进去。没想到拿筷子搅了搅,面汤就全变色了,有点像中华小当家里面魔女芝琳做的那个鱿鱼汁米线。
菜烫软了面也好了,过滤捞出,面的颜色反而不那么深了。应该是煮出来的色素全留在了汤里。不知道这个汤拿去做颜料会产生什么颜色!
不过,羽衣甘蓝最好还是做成沙拉生吃,花青素可以很好地保留。当然种在菜地里当景观也是很不错的,毕竟是常见的绿化植物!
