The great team of Steem Venezuela conformed by the representatives of the country: @anasuleidy, @adeljose, @inspiracion, @albenis, @wilmer1988, @saracampero, @miyexi, @rypo01, @edili24 (admin) and @tocho2 (admin), we present our application to the Community Support Program of the Month.

It is important to note that this version, prepared for the month of November 2021, contains updated information at each point developed in the application form. Regarding our purpose as a community, objectives and team are the same with the integration of new plans and projects according to the news that are emerging in Steemit, and as always we have taken into account the growth of our community. It is also necessary to remember that our programs are aimed at promoting the creation of original content on Steemit, as well as encouraging users to do powerup with their accounts and achieve independence within the Steemit ecosystem.

1. Purpose of the community

- ¿What is the purpose of your community?

The Steem Venezuela community, since its inception, is providing the best support to Venezuelan, Latin American and Spanish-speaking users, and we have opened our doors to Steemians from anywhere in the world to integrate and be part of this great community.

We have previously highlighted that our initial focus began aimed at promoting original content, and for this the weekly program "Top 5" was created with 9 different themes such as: sv-powerup, sv-escritura, sv-cocina, sv-obras creativas, sv-arte / fotografía, sv-psicología, sv-mujeres, sv-ciencias and sv-recreacion, with the best intention that users make their creativity known and project themselves within Steemit with their content. Likewise, we continue to support the publications of the #betterlife and #thediarygame projects for being one of the favorites of many users, in addition to supporting free themes.

And as fundamental purpose of our Steem Venezuela community we are providing support to all those users who share their publications in our community. You may have noticed that each of the team members is compressed and dedicated to visiting and commenting on as many publications as possible, in this way it is possible to provide timely attention to each visited user, we get to know our subscribers and their needs, we offer them the best tips for you to improve your content and we always emphasize the need to boost your accounts through "powerup".

In addition, the #SteemVenezuela team continues to focus through integrated efforts on achieving a strong community account, aimed at reaching the significant amount of 100K of Steem Power in order to provide a worthy monetary contribution when casting a vote for publications with quality content.

On the other hand, the Steem Venezuela community will be focused on applying the best participation strategies to keep active the largest number of users who share their publications in the community, whom we constantly invite to join forces through delegations to drive the growth of the community curation account, with the firm objective of achieving self-sustainability in terms of voting power and promoting the growth of the accounts of each of the users who participate in the community, with an emphasis on joining the #club5050.

- ¿Is it unique?

The members of the #SteemVenezuela team personally attend to the needs of users, we approach in a sensitive, warm and friendly way with each comment and advice we provide to our subscribers, for us all users are important.

It should be noted that we are the pioneers in promoting varied content during the week, our daily Top 5 program with themes from different areas, which was created with the intention of stimulating the creativity of users and currently continues to be a great attraction for all users .

We also have the support program for users who have delegated to Steem Venezuela (@hive-193637), where we are initially distributing 20 Steem weekly.

Since our beginnings as the official community of Venezuela, we achieved the largest call for users in Latin America, so far today 10-24-21, we have 8,946 subscribers from around the world and 646 active publications, being the community with the most active publications in this time.

- ¿Are there other communities that cover the same topic or area as yours?

There are other communities in Venezuela, but we consider ourselves pioneers, we were the first to set publication themes and the curation style that characterizes us, we care about the growth of each user and we promote the integration of all content authors, however, The Steem Venezuela team, being made up of Country Representatives within Steemit, is committed to supporting Hispanic users who live in other Steemit communities.

- ¿Why should people join your community?

The Steem Venezuela team has always been characterized by giving the best and warmest welcome to all users who wish to be part of this community, we provide the best support and attention to new users with the best orientations and to previous data users with the best growth strategies, the support provided by the great team of representatives of the country (@anasuleidy, @adeljose, @edili24, @inspiracion, @albenis, @wilmer1988, @saracampero, @miyexi, @rypo01 and @tocho2), and The collaborators are constant and we do it with the best pleasure, we manage to assist and help a large number of users to promote the growth of each of our bloggers and Steemit.

For people who know us for the first time, here we leave the address of our Discord channel where they will receive the best guidance and can request any information related to Steem Venezuela and Steemit.

Another advantage of being part of Steem Venezuela is that the team of (country representative in Venezuela) and the collaborators that make it up, perform manual curatorships in the Top-5 publications with the community account, and the selected publications are nominated for receive support from the Booming program.

And we continue to publish weekly the most attractive and fun contests with themes for all tastes, our prizes are attractive and the participations are massive, we always achieve the best calls for the participants of the contest.

2. Community team

- ¿Who are the admins and moderators of your community?

The admins are: @edlili24 and @tocho2
The moderators are all representatives of Venezuela: @anasuleidy, @adeljose, @edili24, @inspiración, @albenis, @wilmer1988, @saracampero, @miyexi, @rypo01 y @tocho2. And the collaborators are: @dgalan, @janettyanez, @cristanza, @roquiro y @mariita52
In total, the team continues to be made up of 15 members, and we are in the process of expanding this wonderful team.

- ¿What countries are they from and what languages do they cover?

As we mentioned in the previous application, the great team of administrators, moderators and contributors are all Venezuelans, and some of us speak up to two additional languages to our native language, such as English and French, and being Spanish our native language, we were able to communicate perfectly with all Spanish speaking participants (with all variants of the Spanish language) and also communicate with English speaking users.

- ¿Are the team members remunerated or rewarded in any way with community funds for their work in the management of the community?

We already reported in our previous application that none of the team members receive any kind of payment or remuneration; the only thing they receive is a vote with the community curation account according to the percentage of Steem Power delegated to the community account.

- ¿If there is only one Admin what would happen to the community if he left or lost the keys?

There are two admins as mentioned above, which are: @edlili24 and @tocho2, so the keys are backed up by two people for emergencies.

3. Community curation account

- What is your community curation account?

The Steem Venezuela curator account is @hive-193637

- ¿How much power does Steem have, both owned and delegated?

The account currently has 59,630.47 SP of which 7,014.34 SP are its own and 52,516.13 SP are delegated by users who constantly participate in the community. We are currently aiming to exceed 70,000 SP through delegations to increase the voting power of the community account.

- ¿What are your plans to grow the account's SPs?

As part of the initial plan, we continue with the publications of the Top-5 and our weekly contests that are published from the community account @hive-193637 of Steem Venezuela and the rewards are set to 100% so that all earnings serve to increase the Steem Power of the community account, also, as previously stated, the team that makes up the community #SteemVenezuela, does not receive any payment to generate less egress and turn on as much Steem as possible. On the other hand, the entire #SteemVenezuela team is committed to continue increasing the amount of SteemPower per delegation.

- ¿Are all post rewards fed or used to pay delegates or community team members?

The posts that correspond to the Steem Venezuela account (mentioned above) are not set to 100% Power Up at this time, due to the fact that the income those posts receive on SBD are being used to convert to Steem to cover the community account's Contest rewards, and to cover the weekly rewards we give to delegate users, and the remaining Steem is converted to Steem Power for the community account itself.

- ¿Who has access to vote with the account?

All moderators have access to vote with the community account in the need to cover the highest number of subscribers per day at different times throughout the week. In other words, each moderator has curational turn scheduled in the week.

- ¿What is the current CSI voting score of the account (from Steemworld.org)?

It is currently: 27.2 ( 0.00 % self, 671 upvotes, 260 accounts, last 7d )

- ¿On average, what proportion of each week's posts receive a vote from the community account?

The community account, covers approximately 70% of the weekly posts published in the community generating an average of 85 Votes per day. We are currently generating votes on users who post in other communities due to their position as a community account delegator.

4.Plagiarism & Abuse

- ¿What measures do you take to check for plagiarism and other forms of abuse (content farming, duplicate accounts, fake accounts)?

We maintain the same scheme, that is, during each curation turn the moderators review the active publications and when a possible plagiarism is detected, instructions are left to the user to correct their publication and their attitude towards plagiarism, and in the necessary cases it is labeled with @endingplagiarism.
And in special cases like fake accounts or abuse cases, a label is placed, for example "spam".
We also maintain the verification plan for users who enter the community to detect cases of fake accounts, this has been very effective and users show a lot of interest in being verified.

- ¿Do you have designated people in your team for plagiarism checking?

The entire team is highly committed to reviewing each user, detecting plagiarism in posts, and checking account. We also use the Steem Venezuela Discord channel for users to also report cases of plagiarism and abuse that they have found.

- ¿Do you ensure all photos used in your community are copyright free?

Just when the curatorial reviews of the publications are made, our team reviews the origin of the photographs and we make the pertinent comments to the user when we detect plagiarism or abuse.

5. Engagement & Commenting

- ¿Does the community team check and comment on every post in the community? If not, approximately what proportion of posts are commented on?

The entire Steem Venezuela team and collaborators are committed to visiting as many active publications as possible, demonstrating their support with a vote, comment and even with instructions to improve their publications when necessary. Currently, 70% of active posts are commented on (average figure) by our moderators.

6. Plans and upgrades

- ¿How often are plans and updates posted for the community?

We continue to make a weekly report with information on the cures and active plans for users. Publications are also made with information of interest to users such as instructions and tutorials, growth strategies, etc., in addition of the general update post of the month.

- ¿Are they published through the community account? Do you have a roadmap or long term plan for the community?

As we mentioned in the previous question in this form, official announcements are always made from the community account. And we continue to develop a plan that allows us to hold meetings with our users so they can talk to the whole team that makes up #SteemVenezuela and receive first-hand information about Steemit.

7. Promotion

- ¿How do you promote your community? Do you promote your community outside of Steemit?

To promote the Steem Venezuela community we have a channel of discord where we are in constant contact with our users and we promote our weekly initiatives, so that everyone is aware of current news in the community.

Outside of Steemit, the publications of our users are being shared by twitter for the most part, so we are making known the benefits of Steemit outside of said platform.

And as mentioned above, we are already doing promotions in some cities of the country through meet-ups, delivery of flyers, and even meetings at the home of some users who are massively participating in the promotion of Steemit among their friends and acquaintances.

- ¿Do you have a promotion or marketing plan for your community?

Actually, we plan to promote Steemit through our social networks and manage a Video channel to create content that will help more people to be interested in Steemit and be part of our community, In Instagram and in twitter. Soon we will add a Hosts program developed by Administrators @edlili24 and @tocho2.

8. Something else

- ¿Include any other information you would like us to know about your community, and why your community should be selected for additional support. Any other special features your community has? Do you encourage only #steemexclusive posts in your community?

We continue to encourage subscribers every day to create #steemexclusive publications to qualify for the support of Booming, through their publications in the internal program Steem Venezuela Top-5, fostering the good habit in subscribers of creating original and exclusive content for Steemit , avoiding incurring in plagiarism and showing users that all their publications are important, that we value their effort and dedication and that we are here to help them grow in Steemit.

We have said previously that we are focused on growing the community account into a self-sufficient curator account, we thank you in advance for all the support you provide us.

Regarding the growth plans that we had planned, we have already launched the following programs:

• Steem-promo, we started promoting Steemit in some cities of the country and we plan to expand to other countries.
• "Copa Steem", with this sports program the practices of disciplines such as soccer, basketball, soft-ball, among other sports are encouraged.
• Sv-sportkids, to encourage children to carry out sports activities within the framework of the "Steem Cup"
• Sv-beca: with the best intention of helping users to increase their Steem Power, use their voting power and increase their reputation within Steemit, and in this way they can participate in Steemit initiatives that require a certain SP and reputation.
• Sv-club5050: to encourage users to join the club5050 program, to support and follow up on users who join the #club5050 dynamic from the Steem Venezuela community, where we will give special votes to the first 5 of each week and simultaneously raise awareness about how important it is to power up Steemit accounts and create a culture of frequent powerup.

9. CLUB5050

The #SteemVenezuela team made up of the Country Representatives, we are fully supporting the dynamic #club5050 where we promote the ignition of 50% of the profits to all users who live in the community in order to accelerate their growth within the platform, this in favor of following the guidelines of the Steemit Team. Coincidentally, the #SteemVenezuela community has the #Sv-Powerup dynamic to promote in the community, the need to join the #club5050 effectively and constantly

For the aforementioned, each of the members of the #SteemVenezuela team have joined this important club from the beginning, showing an example to the other users who make life in the community, making it known how important it is to increase the Steem Power of our accounts.

In the same way, we will be monitoring the use of the label to avoid misuse of them, seeking to obtain a vote from the curator accounts of the Steemit Team.

As a community we are focused on continuing to grow, to achieve community self-sustainability
