My name is Heriadi, 41 years old from Lhokseumawe, Aceh - Indonesia. I am a teacher in a Senior High School and also a humanitarian volunteer.

I've been active on Steemit since 2017 and actively writing about various things since a long time ago. Writing and reading are my hobbies since I was 10. I wasn't active for a while since I spent some time taking care of the family business. Now I have been active again for the last three months.

Hereby, I would like to propose myself to become one of the Country Representatives of my country, Indonesia. Hopefully, I can be considered as one of Indonesia's CR.

Why do I deserve to be one of Indonesia's CR?

Newcomers community

As the development of new accounts registering from around Lhokseumawe and Aceh Utara continues to increase, additional advisors are needed who can guide them in making achievements. So far, @radjasalman has been acting alone in guiding with his personal expense in the Lhokseumawe and North Aceh areas. Finally, I decided to actively help him in developing steemit and guiding new members in making achievement posts. @radjasalman was overwhelmed in guiding in the midst of his busy schedule as a school principal.

This fact moved my heart to help the Indonesian Greeter team @anroja and @radjasalman and @nazarul in welcoming the new steemian to the newcomer's community with @cryptokannon.

Since being active in the Greeter team, I have every day remixed all Achievement 1 newcomers and active dormant from Indonesia.

I also help them in writing each Achievement assignment so they really understand the procedures and ethics on the steemit platform.

Besides that, along with @radjasalman, I always actively conduct steem promotion and guide newcomers face-to-face as often told in @radjasalman posts.

Active in @steem.amal program

As @steem.amal volunteers, I, along with @el-nailul, @anroja, @radjasalman, and my friends, often conduct field surveys, logistics distribution to evaluation. I am also actively promoting steem and @ steem.amal through Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI), to guide recruiting newcomers with @steem.amal. As one of steem.amal North Aceh field coordinator I act as the steem.amal focal point in terms of responding to the news of emergency from the steemian in Lhokseumawe and North Aceh.

Contribute to the community

After joining the Steem SEA community, I was already actively contributing in the form of a Steem Power delegation to the Steem SEA curator account. I also invited the friends I recruited to help strengthen the community by delegating SP. This is part of steem promotion and keeps the community stronger.

I also actively stay in touch in almost every event held by Steem SEA to improve kinship and to share and support each other.

Not only at Steem SEA, but I also join and invite my friends to bring all the communities in Steem to life.

Congclusion

I am sure that I am fit into what the Indonesian steemit community needs right now. I will continue to give my best contribution for developing steem whether I am qualified as a CR or not because it not the end of my journey on this platform.
