A bloated stomach is generally caused because of trapped gas in the small intestine. If you are facing bloating issues then the best way out is to get rid of that gas.

There are several medications available in the market, but if you wish to get rid of it with simple kitchen ingredients. Here in this video, we have listed down a couple of simple home remedies with simple kitchen ingredients which can help you get rid of stomach gas and bloating.

Some of the key pointers to keep in mind to avoid bloating and gas our:
Sit and eat your meal preferably crossed leg on the floor
Eat and chew your foods slowly. Do not gobble it down
Stop eating chewing gum
Avoid smoking
There are certain foods that cause gas, avoid them.
Do not drink juices with a straw
Exercise daily. If you are unable to exercise then at least 20 minutes of walking is compulsory.
