Also emotional eating can play a big role in the unconscious eating category.
Controlling the food is the largest part of weightloss compared to exercise. However many people find that they plateau and can't loose anymore and this is when they should certainly do some form of a detox or drainage protocol to help get ride of the fat soluable toxins that they are releasing from storage as they are working loosing fat.
