STEAMED CRAB for my appetizer
I love to eat steamed crab not only as appetizer but also for the whole day eating because I love seafoods. Not only crab, I can eat all I can when all kinds of seafoods are served.
This crab only cost $1 per kilo because it came from our province (Sagay City, Negros Occ). There are different kinds of crab which I can't further explain right now because I'm so excited to eat 😁 My apology. I owe you next time. 😉
Since it's a steamed crab, I only simmer the crab with 1/2 cup of soda (for a sweet taste, instead of water) and a pinch of salt, top with onions. Let it boil until the crab cooked and turns red. Cooking time is just 8 to 10 minutes. That's it. Ready to served.
