Simple lunch after Eid. @hasnahena
Two days of Eid have passed. Qurbani Eid means meat. Everyone has had their fill of beef for the past three days. So today at noon, I cooked lunch with very simple food. I am sharing this with you.
First, I cooked simple rice. I boiled the rice, and the rice was cooked for ten minutes.
Then the dal is roasted. I washed some lentils and boiled onions with turmeric powder and salt. And I gave garlic and chilli for bagar. The dal was cooked.
Then I made the kid's favourite mashed potato. I boiled some potatoes in a pressure cooker. After that, peel the skin and mashed them with dry chilli, onion, mustard oil and salt. The potato filling was done.
Now I cooked vegetables for everyone. In the mixed vegetables, I gave wax guard, stem amaranth, green amaranth and Indian spinach. Boil them well and lightly stir in onion and garlic. There is no need to add too much masala. This vegetable is very tasty with a little spice.
After that, a little spicy dry fish roast. Today I took a cup of churi dry fish for roasting. This dish has to be boiled well with garlic, onion and oil and spices. It is truly the tastiest of all the dishes I have cooked.
Finally, a simple fish fry. These dishes were very interesting for us on the day after Eid, so we shared the recipes with you today.
