I tried 40kg bench press 15 times 3 sets.
But failed. I need to try to do it continuously. I rode a stationary bicycle for 1.5 hours. I burned around 1,000 kcal? Even though I've eaten lots of protein-based food, my muscle mass is still similar level to the past.
I might need to take personal training to increase muscle mass. I'll maintain healthy diets on an on!
