No Matter what your fitness level I have exercise options that you can use! In my previous post called Shoulders and Abs Workout I shared a workout demonstration video which included 6 exercises.
Today I will be sharing with you the first exercise called Hanging Leg Lifts in that video with more detail on how to perform the exercise safely and with options for Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Fitness Levels.
