My 1st crochet project
I had a boring chair in the corner. Instead of buying chair cushions, I thought about making my own. I started with this small crochet blanket. Now I am using normal pillows until I make crochet chair cushions :)
I followed this crochet pattern. I chose these colors, but you can choose any other color you like. You can follow the original pattern or also change the design. Do whatever you feel is more suitable for you.
I used a crochet hook 6.0mm and it took me a week to finish it. This is the yarn that I chose. You can use a thicker yarn or thinner, it is all up to you.

If you are a beginner and dont have experience with crochet you can follow this video of Crochet crowd. It is my favorite crochet channel and you find many creative ideas for beginner.
I hope you like it and I will share with you my next crochet project soon. I am planing to prepare some Christmas ornaments for decoration.
It is very good to see these kind of handmade productions nowadays. People are mostly loosing their patience to produce something. It is more easy to buy it on a shop with a price but without a value.
I love to wear or use handmade stuff. It is more cheap and valuable :) hope to see more ...
Yes you are right. I love doing these things in the winter. It makes me remember the Grandmothers when they sit and knit with a cat beside them lol
