My First Proposal to Steem Alliance || Attention all Moderators

Hope everyone is well. At the beginning, I would like to thank @rme Dada, the founder of Steem Alliance Community, because of which I got the opportunity to share this proposal as a moderator. To be honest it is not just about having the talent but the right personality along with the right guidelines plays a vital role in manifesting it.

Before starting today's post, I would like to welcome all the skilled and qualified people who have already been selected as community moderator and represent the various communities. Because we've already shared through our roadmap that the Steem Alliance will have diverse community representation, we've tried to do just that, electing a number of new moderators in the first phase.

We hope that through the concerted efforts of all, we will be able to reach our desired goal and ensure sufficient contribution from each position. Through this post today, I will present the fact that we who are elected as moderators, what are their responsibilities at this moment? And how to accomplish that through this community? This question comes naturally to everyone and this is why this post is written.

I already shared my first proposal and respected founder of Steem Alliance agreed with my proposal and gave green signal to change some things. Since the first round of hiring moderators to represent the various communities has been completed, it is important to publish this now, although the proposal is still on our Discord channel.

Each moderator will share one post per week in the Steem Alliance community, presenting current issues and solutions of the users in their community or region, as well as community updates. So that everyone can be informed about the issue, everyone can also know about the contribution on this platform through its community. Basically, the moderator will share the whole week's updates of the community that he/she represents here. They will also perform some other responsibilities, which will be assigned by the community from time to time.

Also, those who are not elected as moderator of Steem Alliance Community but are in charge of moderators or admins of other communities, can post in Steem Alliance but only in specific categories (the announcement of which category posts can be shared is pinned up in the community page written by @nusuranur). In this case their posts will be reviewed by the curation team and will be curated if they are eligible for support or quality. And our curation team is ready to start curating.

We hope that all the updates of the active communities and the updated information of any current issue can be easily known through this community. We hope that Steem Alliance will play an important role in building new bridges between all communities. We also hope that @steemcurator01 and @hungry-griffin will continue to support important posts shared in the community.
