한 시간 전 streemian.com 공지에 문제가 발생했는데요.
이유는 다음과 같습니다.

1. 유저허락 없이 공지를 위로 띄우기 위해서 (상위 유저 포함) 키를
   사용해서 UpVote하여 공지를 맨 위로 올렸습니다.
   • 관련하여 현재 유저들 항의 댓글이 많이 코멘트되고 있네요.;;

   • 지금 좌표로 가서 자동으로 '보팅' 되어있는지 확인하세요.
   • Steemian.com이 자동보팅하는 걸 막는 방법입니다. 아래 링크.

   There is a reason.
   They used all users key in their lists for upvoting their announcement without permit.
   Because of that people are commenting about it there.
