Hard Folk 19 week 1 - Review
Its been a week since Hard Fork 19 was released with much fanfare and everyone was happy after its release. Now its time to review it after a week and come up with suggestions to improve the steemit community.
- Observations
People upvote only self posts, girl friends or spouses :P.
Some minnows are already mentioning that their views are down. Number of votes on some of my posts are are down relative.
People buying more Steem Power to upvote themselves. May this can be called as Return on Investment.
- Changes
A person can upvote the same persons post once per day. Also there should be a limit on the number of comments per person per day a person can upvote.
Lower value vote on our own posts and comments automatically.
I am getting a feeling HF19 is making it harder for the minnows.
Please posts your views and suggestions. We dont want steemit minnows to run away.

Hello..i cant understand..i have a post.lastweek the upvotes are about 50$.and now.its just 39$.why is that?
I have seen the value go up after HF 19 and after that the posts value have been decreasing every day.

Interesting report and I concur votes are down on my channel as well especially this weekend. Then again it's summer so maybe people are out and about.
I think that people are just waiting longer to see the real affects of the hardfork. I don't know though. I'm only less than a month in. We will see where it all goes.

Why limiting comments? I agree that it's reasonable since we have a lot of "follow me, upvote me" spam now, but what about just normal conversations that sometimes take part? Discussions?
By limiting comments I meant comments by same user and allowing author to upvote each of those comments.
I still can't catch it. What if the same user has a conversation with author? And they have about 10-15 comments dialog?
you can comment but not upvote the same person after a limited votes.
