Life is always unfair but that doesn't necessarily mean that you should be unfair too. Let's make this world a better place by making ourselves better too. They say "love yourself" but we always forget it's better to "love others". If you only love yourself but neglect to love and respect others, then it not love at all. It's just "selfishness".
Love is a communication and communication is a two-way street. You can't communicate if it's only you standing in the middle of wherever. Someone should speak while the other listens and vice-versa. That's how love should be too.
Someone is giving it and someone receives it. Don't think that your "selfishness" is love because it's never is and never will be.
