I brush my teeth twice a day, after waking up in the morning and before going to bed at night, I brush my teeth to keep clean my teeth. We should brush for at least two minutes and brush thoroughly to get our teeth clean.
Due to lack of brushing, our teeth get damaged and our mouth smells bad.When we have bad breath, other people will not like to talk to us, besides our teeth will be damaged and our mouth will start to hurt.
If our teeth are damaged, we will not be able to eat our food properly, which will affect our health. We should brush our teeth twice a day so that our teeth do not get damaged.

It whitens our teeth and make our teeth shiny and beautiful.

Disadvantage of Sensodyne toothpaste
Sensodyne is a very good toothpaste that has many advantages but also has some disadvantages.
Sensodyne causes oral discomfort.
Due to the chemical in it, our tongue swells.
- Sometimes, it causes oral pain.
- So we should use this paste carefully.
- We should brush our teeth with it only twice a day for two minutes.
