Shop Made Lathe Parting Tool

I needed a large parting tool for my lathe. I could have bought one for about $18 (+shipping) online, or for $30 in the store about 30 miles away. Instead, I used an old saw blade, some scrap Sycamore, and three brass screws and made my own! Hope you enjoy!

    I love that you made yur own. we make a lot of our own tools here on the homestead because either they are unavailable here or trying to get them into the country would cost a small fortune in duties and taxes. Nice job!
