Hi Steemit...
Hi Steemians, I am Sasha (a.k.a Biscuits), a 33 year old a university lecturer, traveler, gym-enthusiasts, foodie, ocean lover, interested in politics, history, business, cultures and languages.
I’ve been quite hooked on cryptocurrencies for the past six months or so. While researching potential coins to buy, I stumbled upon the wonderful world of Steemit a few months ago...
Then, a few days ago I rediscovered Steemit. Positively surprised by the good vibes, and many kind and supportive people I felt that I had to be part of this.
I have absolutely no experience writing blogs, but do have an opinion on many things, which I would like to share with you guys. My posts will probably be about travel, food, my life in Japan and whatever else is on my mind...
I really look forward to meeting new people who are into the same things as I am, but I’m also always on the lookout for new things and experiences
Welcome
Thank you!
Welcome to Steemit!

Awesome post! Always nice to meet Dutch people here. Interesting life you've chosen! My husband and I love to travel as well, have been in India for one and a half year but now back in Rotterdam. But once you've grown fond of traveling, it's hard to quit :). Looking forward to your posts on Japan and you sharing your opinion :). Good luck on Steemit, giving you a follow!
@amritadeva Thank you so much for your comment! I totally get what you mean about traveling, we’ve been planning our life around our travels for the past 5 years or so...I’ll be looking forward to reading your posts as well.
Cool, thanks! And see you around on Steemit then! :)
Welcome to steemit! You say you come to Europe, have you ever tought about vacation in Croatia beautiful beaches?
@positivity420. Hi Valentin! Thank you so much! I’ve been many times in Croatia. Spent many summers around Crikvenica. My parents used to have a holiday home in that area when I was a teenager. Very beautiful country!
Oh, I didn't know you were already here :) Only thing I don't like about Crikvenica is rocky beaches, apart from the city one that charges daily ticket.. Indeed very beautiful and corrupted :')
Yeah, I agree the rocks are annoying! The city beach was always totally packed. I’ve been to a few nice sandy beaches on Hvar and Krk. Which area of Croatia would you recommend? You’re from Zagreb, right? Never been there. Me and my wife were thinking about stepping by in Dubrovnik next August....but let’s see.
Yea I'm in Zagreb, we have amazing advent here, last year it was winner for best advent in europe, Krk and Hvar are amazing yes, just like vodice and "vodička fešta" (vodice fest(party)) You nailed it with Hvar and Krk, no other recommendation, maybe Zadar cause of it's "hello sun" decoration and sea orchestra - music made by waves
