INTRODUCTION
Hello dear Steemians and my fellow pet lovers. How are you doing where you are? It's quite a hot day right here and a great pleasure participating in this contest. It's actually my first contest ever, and I hope you find it interesting. Yeah! It's really a good time for me writing this exciting entry to an exciting contest by @fur-friends community. This contest is all about my 3 favorite pets or animals. here is the link to the contest, do not hesitate to make yours because the number of entries to be rewarded is limited. Okay, seizing this opportunity given to me to choose my 3 favorite pets, I'm not going to hesitate to show you my 3 favorite pets, because I know you're eager to know. So please, keep reading because I'm sure gonna let you find out.

My 3 favorite pets/animals (Rabbits, Birds and Dogs). Why these ones? Find out!

RABBITS

I love Rabbit pets a whole lot, especially the white bunnies. Though I don't have them now, but I'm sure gonna have them in the nearest future. I love Rabbit pets because of their iconic ears and their hoppy legs. Rabbits are social animals, they feel more safe when they are around other Rabbits. Rabbit pets needs to be kept in a spacious cage of at least six times their normal size so they can have space to hop around. This makes them happy alot. For Rabbit pets to live a healthy life, they need to be groomed daily and be fed with vegetables and grasses.

BIRDS

Birds are very excellent companies. Really! I didn't know this before now until I moved to my new apartment. Okay, this was how I got myself a bird as a pet; I was sleeping one early morning, as early as 6am when I heard few knocks. I woke up, got to the door, but no one was there. I went back to bed, yet the knock kept coming. I got to the door the second time, but no one was there still. Then I looked towards the glass window side, friends guess what I saw, a bird. The bird was busy hopping up and down and was hitting the window with it's beak(that was sounding like a knock). I stood there for a while, watched and admired the beautiful creature display. I kept staring at the bird wondering why it was hopping up and down and was hitting it's beak on the glass window. Then I realized, that the bird was seeing itself through the glass window. Oh! I smiled. The next day, it came back, repeated it's action and this continued for some days. It got to a point when this bird became an alarm clock to me. It will come, hop up and down hit on the window repeatedly and will just get me staring at it for long. So one day, I decided to leave my window open and allowed the bird to fly into my room. I caught it and made a cage with carton for it and kept feeding it grains and seeds. That was how I got myself a bird pet. Every now and then, I'd hold it and pat it's head and touch it's pointed beak( this gave me a whole lot of pleasure). My bird served as a great company and entertainment to me till I let it go (sad). I had to let it go, because it messed my room up and gave my room a bad odour because of it's shit(smiles).

DOGS
When I was a kid, I was very scared of dogs. I don't go close to dogs at all. But all of my fears ended when I visited my grandma. She has lots of dog pets and her favorite of them is the female dog she named "Madam". Madam (female dog pet) has lived with Grandma for five years and had given birth to many puppies. I watched Grandma carry the dogs, feed them and even send them on an errand. Wow! I started liking the dogs, the fear I had for dogs left me, I could touch it, pat it's head, play with it and it swingle it's tail in excitement. One good thing about these dogs, especially the older one(madam) is that it secures the house and it's environs when Granny is away. I got one dog pet for myself when I was living Grandma's house. I love dog pets because they are very loyal. Though they can be wild attimes, but dog pets responds based on the kind of trainings given to them.
