Okay, i will be doing zil-zil alesha, a dessert of the ethopoan origin
Ingredients
Green peppers
Hot peppers
Butter
Onion
Garlic wine blender
Steps
Dice the onion and green pepper and assemble the spice
Put the green pepper, garlic, spice in a wine blender
- I will melt butter in a salt pan and brown the leaf
3.then i will separate the beef and leaf in order to add onion
4.i will dry fry the chopped onion, add the mixture of the blender, add the beef
- I will saute the preparation for a few minutes and serve with rice
