Minnow Initiave and Challenge

With all talk on Discord and various other channels that are used to complain regarding the Circle Jerks and unfairness towards minnows by the whales, I thought it about time to lay down some truths.

Firstly, just shut the hell up. Complaining isn't doing anything, and it certainly isn't gaining you followers or voters. While you're there complaining, I'm here hustling and working and trying to get out from the hole that I'm in.

Secondly, Life sucks, deal with it. You reap what you sow. If you want to be a whale, or a Dolphin get out there are be one. Make progress everyday. Those elite positions won't just fall in your lap, they have to be earned. To earn it, you need to write, and SOCIALISE to gain meaningful followers.

Lastly, we ALL circle jerk. The problem is that our minnow jerks just dont reap the same rewards as the whales do. But this is good, it shows that a community is being built. You work toegether with your community to build the rewards, to share the stories and build a bigger community. After a while your minnow jerking, may turn into Dolphin jerking, then eventually if your lucky YOU AND YOUR COMMUNITY will be the people that the new minnows are complaining about.

So on to my initiative and challenge. The best way to improve your status is to INVEST IN YOURSELF. So for 1 week, set that Rewards box to Power Up 100%. This will boost that SP, fast tracking you onto the road to Dolphinhood.
