Of all the solutions I've seen so far—upvote pools/bots, resteem pools/bots, delegating steem, flagging spammers/plagiarists, self-upvoting, etc., this is the one I like the most.

Someone personally and individually doing some act of kindness to another just for the sake of it. Incentivizing creators to create good content because someone actually cares that they do.

I know it's been greatly benefiting me, and while I can't really call what I'm trying to do in return as adopting any specific minnow, I'm trying to give back and hope to do it in more meaningful ways down the road.
