Yoga Day
I got up today and did some yoga. It was hard to get the motivation to do it but afterwards I'm so glad I did. Apparently it motivated Hunter too. Lying down dog?
Yesterday we went to a party and filled up on processed garbage hot dogs, cake, potato chips or crisps for those of you in the UK sphere. I felt so tired and heavy when I woke up it was as if I hadn't even slept. However, our carrots and mulberries are maturing so today we'll eat more like this.
