I am sharing a template for an email I plan to send out to anyone and everyone.
Many of us have followed @cryptopie's Story.
I myself have watched and waited, in the hopes that a miracle will happen. That a philanthropic medical team would materialise.
We can not wait for someone else.

This is the recent draft I have begun to send out to Australian based doctors and charities.
I am on a quest to restore hope for a man in The Philippines.
Arnold Martin is 39yrs of age and is suffering from Liontiasis.
I have met this amazing man via his blog.
In a desperate attempt to find help he has revealed his disabling condition to the world via an online blog 4 months ago.

While many people sent small amounts of funds, well-wishes and prayers, his plea has not found the audience he needs to get the treatment he so desperately requires.
He is a very private man. He suffers from Leontiasis after many years of poor dialysis treatment.
The doctors available to him in The Philippines are not equipped to treat his case, and should he find a doctor prepared to try, he is unable to afford it.
Before he became I'll he attended university and had a full and happy life. As his body became effected by a mismanaged and late diagnosed endocrine condition, he himself became recluse.
He is cared for by his ageing parents and is at the mercy of strangers like myself to save his life.
Other concerned well wishers visited him recently to validate his story, and help him to access help from a wider global community.
He allowed people into his home for the first time in a very long time, in the hopes that it will clarify his genuine stuggle.
Arnold is a gracious, humble man. It is my fear that his humility will delay him in finding help in time to save him.
I have watched and followed his diary blog for the past months, waiting to see who will find him the help he needs.
I realised that the time to wait for someone else to act had passed.
Please will you join me in coordinating help for Arnold Martin.
I will not give up until he finds someone who will step forward. I'm sure you are in a much more networked position than I am.
Please will you be the person to begin to restore Arnold's hope.
He holds onto the little hope he has everyday, in the hopes that somehow his prayers will be answered.

I have been following @cryptopie 's story for a long time now too,
and it has really touched my heart.
I would be so happy to hear that he has found the help that he desperately needs.
I'm just now becoming aware of this story. What makes it even more touching is the woman who is spreading the word. @girlbeforemirror is truly a brave and beautiful soul.

I would rather see him go to the Synagogue Church of all Nations in Lagos, Nigeria and be healed by the man of God.
You are so far reaching. Lagos Nigeria. but i get the point here. However, Joshua isn't a healer, Jehovah is. Overall, money isn't always the solution either. Prayers work miracles
I agree... Everything is in Gods will... No one can heal, only God can heal by your faith... Just don't give up. God can see your heart if you really want to leave to serve him.
I have learned these things at Catholic school, but I do not profess to be a religious person. I do remember being taught that god works through people, and that people were given free will.
I have also learnt from Buddhists about karma. Thoughts, words and actions, and their power to impact lives.
Spirituality is an important dimension of health. It doesn't replace medical intervention. If a doctor possesses the gift of healing the body and the heart to share that gift, Why can we not consider this the work of god.
I do not believe that prayer will save Arnold's life. I believe it can bring together the people needed to do the work, and sooth and comfort the soul.
But Arnold does not want to go to god now. Doctors can help him extend his life and make it a more comfortable one.
I do not wish to challenge the power of prayer. When people pray for me I feel lucky to be in their prayers, thoughts, hearts. Denominations are not important to me, faith is based in love and love has power.
I only wish to motivate the faithful to use that faith, and their life to do god's work.
Not being conventionally religious doesn't mean I am not spiritual. I feel connected to Mr Martin and committed to doing all I can.
Perhaps that is god's work, my choice, a dimension of humanity.
@cryptopie has given to me. I have been isolated and working through health issues. He has me out of my own head, given me perspective and gratitude and distracted me from my own, comparatively less urgent problems.
Perhaps it is @cryptopie who is doing the work of god.
Maybe god is giving us the opportunity to look upon his face and see it's beauty. I see him, and I see beauty. I am thankful to have met him here and am enriched by it.
So I ask you to look upon his face and see the face of god, as we are all created in his image. And do all the good you can do to help this child of god.

People that lack faith sometimes need an intermediary to be delivered. I'm just sharing what I would personally do if I was in such dire straits. I've seen people get healed of much worse.

Hi man, this is a great initiative you are doing, Im a graphic designer. If you want I can design a couple of t-shirts to sell in the community to help @cryptopie, we can sell them or we can make some kind of contest and gave them as a price, I'd love to design them and help in the ways I can, please let me know if you find this interesting or worth doing it.
@cryptopie? I of course defer to him for decisions. I have learned that he is brave but also shy. I can not speak for him, but I imagine he would like his image used with sensitivity, which I'm sure you would.
I think all initiatives are most welcome, he is sick and weak, and has to an extent handed his hope to the steemit community to help him. Yes please use what skills you have.

From earlier chats in my posts, I know that he has suffered a lot - and now I realize how quickly things are getting worse. I hope that he gets some relief and the hunt for help is successful.
