My Actifit Report Card: July 3 2019
Yehey! I set a personal goal today, which is 10,000 steps, and I reached it, and even more!!! My goal is to loss weight, so I have to be more active the entire day in order to burn more calories.
Aside from planking to strengthen my core, and aerobics, today I basically had been walking in place while doing the dishes, hanging the laundry, or even while brushing my teeth! I am really into burning more calories. Hahaha! 😂
I also accompanied this little fellow as he stroll around the neighborhood with his bicycle while I walk. The breezy afternoon, plus the happy flowers along the way, made our stroll extra enjoyable.
This has been my activity today--fun and leisurely, and active!

So far, to lose weight, I'm watching my diet and I exercise, to have a calorie deficit. Then if I reached my goal weight, I will do what I can to maintain it. I'll definitely will continue to exercise, but I think I will eat a little more than what I am eating now. 😂😂😂
