Color Challenge - Thursday Green - Growing Wall
A Multitude of Greens
When I saw these plants growing out of this beautiful old stone wall I just had to take a photograph?
How can so much variety be thriving in such a small space?
Isn't nature incredible? 😊

Thanks to @kalemandra for the daily color challenge.
Awesome snap @gillianpearce59. There is beauty everywhere, if you know where to look.
Thank you @benadapt. I liked the contrast of so many different plants against the stones. 😊
Nature is, indeed, amazing! I have always enjoyed looking for plants and flowers that somehow manage to carve out a life in the most unlikely places. Like the little purple flowers we once had growing out of the top of a decaying fence post...
=^..^=
They sound lovely @curatorcat. I like to find plants in unusual places too, especially in urban settings.
A couple of years ago there was a phase where someone went around filling up holes in the roads with soil and planting flowers in them. That was really fun to see! 😊
Nice image. It sort of makes you woner where the plants' roots go and how they manage to pulll nutrients or get enough moisture to thrive in such a space. Judging by the vibrant green leaves, they're far from struggling.
That's what I thought @fotosdenada. Maybe they are able to get some sustenance via their leaves? 😊
That is pretty incredible! It seems to be a complete garden!
I know. It is isn't it @melinda010100? I was drawn to the green when I took the photograph but didn't really notice the detail of all the different plants. It was another one of those happy accidents only revealed when I came to make the post. 😊
I love when that happens! So often, I take a photo of a flower, but it is only when I view my photo that I notice the tiny insect on the blossom!
Green and interesting. Nature always finds a way to amaze us if we stop and observe
