A beautiful morning to us all here in this community, I believe everyone is doing so well. greetings from my country Nigerian and a happy weekend to us all. Today, I will be sharing with everyone here about the current issue that most business owners face in my locality and it has been telling on us tremendously. I will be briefing us all concerning this issue, so I hope you enjoy my article.

In various businesses today, certain limitations exist in such business depending on what the problem is per-say. it can be either funds, capital, transportation, low production are so on. but today I will be buttressing the issue that has been a bottleneck to me and my business. so the below are a few problems that I encounter on a daily and as such, it is greatly affecting my business.

TRANSPORTATION

Right from my introductory post, I made mentioned transportation as one of the basic factors that are giving me trouble in my business. I told us all that, I started on a low key and as such, I am yet to get a store in other to keep my goods permanently in it, and this will help me to a great extent, but as I have told us previously, my search for a store is still in progress but yet I suffer greatly in conveying my goods every day to my shade.

One can not trust his goods in a shade as though the community had cases of looted shops in the previous years and this has served as an eye-opener to several business owners in other to be vigilant and guard their lions so that they do not fall a victim. and ever since then, shade owners such as me, often bring their goods from the house to the shade, and then when it is dusk already we equally gather our goods and then take it to our various homes.

Previously it was okay, as we get to hire tricycles and motorcycles to help us convey our goods with ease and less stress, but now with the increase of the price of fuel, and the banning of motorcycles in our community because of the cade of banditry, business individuals who run their businesses in shades are suffering terribly due to the current situation in the community.

We can no longer transport our goods to the shop using a motorcycle because of the banning of it and then with the inflation in fuel price, tricycles have taken the advantage of the situation to raise their service charge at a very high rate which is o pathetic to our ends. a lot of business owners have taken a break out of the business because of this situation thus it has caused more harm than good. if there were to be a store which we can rent in other to run our daily business it would have been better, but risking our goods in a shade all night is not a good idea as though we do not know what might happen at night, already there are cases of insecurity in that community so we are been warned not to leave our goods in our shade as though the shades are not well equipped.

The transport system has been the problem so far and as you can see, one has to improvise in other for the business to continue. most of my business colleagues have given up, but I have fate in my business and I ain't gonna stop now. I quickly purchased a wheelbarrow, the reason for the wheelbarrow is so that I can convey my goods from my apartment to my shade single-handedly. this was an idea I brought forward to substitute the problem of tricycle price inflation concerning how they charge. with the wheelbarrow, one can easily convey his goods to his shop as easily as possible. although it is not that easy as though one needs strength to put into the work for the job to be accomplished, they kicked out my suggestions and decided to stay at home until the ban on motorcycles is lifted or the price of fuel drops down and only God knows when these things will happen. but I decided to go on with my suggestion and not to allow what they said to weigh me down.

Ever since I took advantage of that situation, I have been the only one coming to sell the kind of goods I sell, and indeed I have made more income compared with when everybody was around. with all happiness and strength, I keep pushing forward, for where there I no risk, there would be no reward. it has been going well ever since I bought the transport equipment that enables me to transport my goods from the house to the shade and vice versa, but it is so telling on me, as though I do not get enough time to rest, but in as much as I want to succeed, I will always keep up with the tempo and I do hope that the ban on motorcycles transportation is being lifted and also we hope to see a subsidy in fuel price.

CONCLUSION

As business individuals, we are to certain challenges. what makes one a business person is not to just come and buy goods then sell to make profits but standing firm and passing through challenges and excel is what makes one a business individual. although business is risky only the thought gets going when the time is hard. we do not quite when we notice that the situation is telling on us, I always feel when bad things happen, they are always a stepping stone and not a stony block to me.

We take risks in business and that is why you find out that people who take risks are the most successful in the community. even in the crypto market trading, we get to see high risk alongside a high reward and then less risk with less reward. so as you all can see, I do not allow the situation to take the best part of me, either I see it as an advantage to gain an edge over the market. it is not time to give up despite the circumstances. we go bigger and again.

The transport system has become a major issue that has affected most businesses in my community and as such most businesses have ceased to continue but as a business-minded individual, I have improvised a system that I can use to help my business and keep it going.
