Saludos steemians. Este es el concurso semanal de los jueves alojado por @marblely.

Una de las preguntas que nos hace hoy, este concurso, es sobre ¿que haces o que hago cuando me siento triste. Este es un sentimiento, por el que todos pasamos. Depende de la personalidad de cada quien. Si nos quedamos en el sentimiento, por muchas horas, días, semanas, incluso meses.

Yo prefiero pasar la página lo más rápido posible. El sentimiento de estar triste no me agrada para nada. Te hace pensar cosas que no son ciertas. Te disminuye el autoestima y te hace creer que estás sola en el mundo. Y, según como alimentes tu tristeza, te sumerge en sentimientos de culpa, de rechazo, de fracaso, etc.

Así que cuando esa tristeza, quiere venir de visita a mi, sin ser invitada, trato por todos los medios, de deshacerme de ella. Es para mi, cosa de llorar un momento, si así lo amerita la situación, luego tratar de sacudir el cuerpo, como tratando de sacar esa carga que me perturba. Si debo dormir, lo hago. Si debo darme un baño, lo hago. Si debo salir a caminar y caminar, también lo hago. Incluso llamo a una amiga. Primero para averiguar su estado de ánimo. Si compruebo, que su estado es mejor que el mio, comparto mi sentir. Me desahogo y luego, me retiro. Triunfante, sabiendo que hice descargas compartidas, con alguien que me ama.

Y así, poco a poco, libero mi sentimiento, y sigo adelante. En algunas oportunidades, es bueno un café compartido. O un chocolate caliente con un rico pedazo de pastel. También funciona. Me pongo a sembrar, a cosechar, algo en el jardín me distrae.

Lo más importante, lo considero así, es tratar de no anclar en la pena. Salir a la calle, disfrutar del aire. Ir a la playa, al río. Gozar de la naturaleza, compartir con la familia, y con los amigos. Es mi mejor manera de no vivir en pena, sino siempre pensando que no vale la pena estar triste. La vida se va muy rápido, no se debe perder el tiempo en melancolías. Ríe, goza, disfruta, pasea, comparte, sacúdete. La vida es un soplo y no sabemos cuando se nos acaba esa pequeña luz.

Greetings steemians. This is the weekly Thursday contest hosted by @marblely.

One of the questions you ask us today, this contest, is what do you do or do when I feel sad. This is a feeling, which we all go through. It depends on the personality of each one. If we stay in the feeling, for many hours, days, weeks, even months.

I prefer to turn the page as quickly as possible. The feeling of being sad doesn't please me at all. It makes you think things that are not true. It lowers your self-esteem and makes you believe that you are alone in the world. And, depending on how you feed your sadness, it immerses you in feelings of guilt, rejection, failure, etc.

So when that sadness wants to come to visit me, without being invited, I try by all means, to get rid of it. It is for me, a thing to cry for a moment, if the situation warrants it, then try to shake the body, as if trying to remove that burden that disturbs me. If I must sleep, I do. If I have to take a bath, I do it. If I have to go for a walk and walk, I do too. I even call a friend. First to find out your mood. If I check, that his condition is better than mine, I share my feeling. I vent and then, I retire. Triumphant, knowing that I made shared downloads, with someone who loves me.

And so, little by little, I release my feeling, and move on. On some occasions, a shared coffee is good. Or a hot chocolate with a delicious piece of cake. Also works. I start to sow, to harvest, something in the garden distracts me.

The most important thing, I consider it that way, is to try not to anchor the penalty. Go outside, enjoy the air. Go to the beach, to the river. Enjoy nature, share with family, and with friends. It is my best way of not living in grief, but always thinking that it is not worth being sad. Life goes very fast, you should not waste time in melancholy. Laugh, enjoy, enjoy, walk, share, shake. Life is a breath and we don't know when we run out of that little light.

¡Si! Debemos sacudirnos lo más rápido que podamos porque estar en la tristeza duele y es agotador. Antes de que te des cuenta, la vida nos ha pasado y nos habríamos perdido muchas cosas en la vida.

Yes! We must shake it off as fast as we can because being in sadness hurts and is tiring. Before you know it, life has passed us by and we would have missed many things in life.
