Fish in egg batter with milk
Prepare delicious fish in dough with milk, soda, yogurt, white wine, soy saucecombination.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- 150 ml of milk;
- 200 g of flour;
- 700 g of fish fillet;
- pepper - to taste;
- 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Cooking
In a bowl, beat the eggs with half the salt. Without stopping, pour in the milk gradually. Add flour. Shuffle so that there are no lumps.
Cut the fish fillet into small pieces. Salt and pepper.
In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Dip the fish in batter and fry until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes on each side.
