I think it will damage some of the smaller ICOs and cryptocurrency business trying to be legit in the US. It will just give people a reason to build there business else where and do everything outside the US as much as possible. Many ICOs and business already saw it coming so they already started doing this.
This is a big smash for the big boys. I wish the bloodsuckers luck. Blockchain is sort of incorruptible. Not as incorruptible as we all want it to be, but still......sheesh! Bring back Winklevoss Bros. and give them ETF authorization. That will be next. But the ICOS will jump on that like mice on a cheese block.
