The Shopping Game - July 31, 2020

I went out with my son today, the last digit on his ID is 5 so today was his shopping day, I just went along to walk a little, my day isn't until next Tuesday. I can tell you one thing, the days are getting way hotter here, and we haven't even started yet because usually the hottest days here are in August.

Anyway I went with my son and we paid for our cable/internet package and then we went to a warehouse to buy some toilet paper. They don't give out tickets there but we bought two four packs at Lps.90.00, the Lempira against the US Dollar is at 24.65 Lps. per USD, so that is about $3.65 about 17.16 Steem.

Then we went to a bakery to buy some bread, we spent Lps. 122.00 about $4.95 about 23.265 Steem.

After this we went to La Colonia supermarket, we just bought some ham there, about 1 pound for Lps. 44.00 or $1.78 or about 8.36 Steem.

Then of course we went to Walmart where we bought Orange Juice, carrots, snacks,potatoes, oatmeal, Corn Flakes and milk, and some fried chicken nuggets. Here we spent Lps. 707.30 or $28.69 or 134 Steem.

Walmart is a couple of blocks from my house. but I checked the route I made today and I walked about four kilometers.
