I was walking through a mobile accessory store with a lady and then she said something "I Want To Get The Latest iPhone", I have been hearing so many people say the same as well but when she said this, I had to give it a deep thought myself, "there must be something this phone has to offer".
Have you asked yourself why an HRM of a company will ask you what you can offer the company before they employ you? The reason for the question is to ascertain they are not employing a liability.
Are You Loaded Enough To Be Needed
What's your value or should I say what value have you added to yourself. Addition has never changed from 1+1 = 2 to 1+1 = -2 never. The more you add to yourself, the more you worth. A friend of mine studied acounting, he graduated last year and went to seek for a job. When he arrived, I asked him how it went and he said he was more qualified compared to the rest but he wasn't employed because he had little or no knowledge about using a computer. I asked him what he uses his computer for only to be shocked when he says he uses his computer to play soccer all day long.

What Choices Do You Make
The reason people prefer to buy food from grocery stores instead of roadside sellers is that they believe the grocery store is more secure and has more to offer than the roadside seller.
Do you make a choice to loaded?
I remember in my 200 level in the university, I misplaced my wallet in the library and I didn't know until the next day when I received a call from a young man who brought the wallet to me. In the wallet I had #25,000, I felt as a way of appreciating him, I offered to give him #2000 but he refused bluntly.then i asked him "how do I show my gratitude" and he told me we were in the same department, and all he wanted from me was to explain a course he never understood. I was happy because he wanted to build himself. You learn more by listening.
How do you build yourself, how much value do you add to yourself?
Do you condition your life for mediocrity? Do not limit yourself because your limitation will delay or deny you from getting the best.

I've also seen lots of graduates roaming around seeking for job with just a degree.
In Nigeria currently, someone need to have an extensive knowledge about computer and it's Applications before he/she can be employed in any organization. No organization will employ a liability.
They employ people based on the value they possess.
People do not build themselves, they build the certificate they are holding. I would rather employ a second class student who has something to offer than to employ a first-class student who will end up becoming a first-class liability
Exactly, until we understand the essence of self development, then our society will be a better place.
And what self development does is that it places you with an ever ready mindset in cases of emergencies. For a prepared man is better than a prepared message.

Really , it depends on us how we want others to look at us, how they think who we are .
Everyone should focus on working hard till they no longer need to introduce themself to anybody no more.
(I hope I will find someone's missing property oneday and return to them. Would love to experience such!).......
