Hidden Lies
discovering your lies and getting to know you,
you were so hidden that I didn't want to believe,
how different you were and the impression I got.
There are lies in life that hurt you,
pierces you like a sharp back into the depths of your being,
the wounds leave you bloody
that you want to die once and for all.
Sometimes we imagine that maybe a bad dream could be,
we want to wake up so badly
but it turns out that a cruel reality is,
that it's as true as we live and must face it.
Days and nights are hard
when we remember every word
that penetrates the deepest part of our being,
we'd like to erase it but they come back again and again.
The most painful part of this
is that we can't just run away and start over,
they're hidden lies,
that become truths and we can't hide.
My heart beats as slow as wanting to stop,
he feels so hurt that he refuses to have his function,
your heartbeats are forced
I wish I could stop having them.
In the blink of an eye
the sharpest lies come to break,
the prettiest thing we have,
as if it were a sheet of paper.
How can one believe that
people we love with our whole being,
are the ones who unwittingly turn your world upside down,
they take away your joys and even the desire to dream too.
