Wait a minute..it's Tuesday! So here's to TreeTuesday!!!
Mr. Lady and I were in central NewJersey on Saturday and it is SO beautiful there. It is truly farm country and it is a big part of why New Jersey is called the Garden State.
Let's just start with the landscape. This is a friend's property on an immense amount of acres...I wish I had taken more photos...
But the afternoon sun peaking through was just incredible
the mowed fields in front of the grass fields...outstanding....
So then...well, we had gone on a walk in the woods and checked out the pond and the barn (so sorry, I am lame, took no pics of that), but around back...the patio...just waiting for some company...(is that tree looking at me with bright googly eyes?!!)
Oh please!! can we sit on the patio for cocktails? Not so fast! We must make cocktails first from this scary tequilla bottle...
The result?
yum yum yum! And, Are you wondering if these were delicious? Because you would be 100% correct!! (also, yes, that's Mr. Lady's shadow on the wall!!)
And the beverages went quite nicely out on that patio with some incredible goodies of smoked blue fish, macadamia nuts, olives and hummus...
Beautiful day...in honor of YELLOW!! and TREES! and NEW JERSEY!

My goodness me that looks truly awesome!! I love that time of night if the sun is setting just right, over here it is often cloudy so we dont get to see it properly that often. And the tequila, wayhay!
It was a glorious day! Finally like fall with the crisp clear air...and hellooooo, crisp clear drinks was the perf combo ;0)
