EDITED ADDed NOTE (June 15, 2016) No one is going to read this, but for the record, the Hootenanny post was duplicated on top of the Mother's Day content. Poor Mother's Day content went out into the blockchain somewhere. I really liked that Mother's Day post. Something about power tools for Mother's Day, and power washing the pool deck in some sturdy plastic cowboy boots :-)

Hey @gardenlady, since I've not seen you active in a while and you recently updated this post, I figure this is as good a place as any to bring this up and get your attention. Recently it has been speculated that you are not who you say you are and that we are being duped. I don't know if you ever made an "introduceyourself" post, but perhaps this would be a good time to do that and clear up any misconceptions put forth by some that your account is catfishing?

@tuck-fheman (can I call you tuck?!) i guess I could introduce myself again. I did an introductory post under "gardening" before there was an 'introduce yourself' category. I recently added the #introduceyourself hashtag to that post so I could be with all the cool kids :-).
Oh, and I almost forgot, this post https://steemit.com/welcome/@gardenlady/welcome-steemians I posted over 3 weeks ago to get an 'introduce yourself' category going. I called the category 'welcome' which only caught on with one person, but it seemed like a really good idea to have this so that the site could feel like a community. Then all of a sudden 'introduceyourself' started!
Hey, I had to look it up, 'what is catfishing'? I really am a 57 yr old gardener in New Jersey! I found out about steemit when a family friend ( tech-y guy) showed us the website. I thought how cool , I'll post some of my garden tips! and so I created gardenlady and am having fun and it's fun to see how the category has caught on.
