Liverpool closes the doors to Coutinho
Liverpool officially stated that Philippe Coutinho will not emigrate to any team during the current market of passes.
In a statement, the English club explained that "no offer by Philippe will be considered" and added that the Brazilian "will remain a member of Liverpool Football Club when the summer season closes."

It's a good player, let that be clear, but if I were Liverpool, I would have taken the deal. 100 million is a lot of money for a player who is - in my opinion - not among the best 10 or 20 players of the world. On the other hand, the transfer market has gone totally crazy, so it's not a surprise either
