SteemMonsters is Ready for the World!

SteemMonsters has had and will continue to have a big impact onto the Steem ecosystem as a whole, partly because many top steemians have decided early on to get onboard as players (or should we say investors?).

That isn't enough though. If SteemMonsters would be a bad game, there wouldn't have been prospects of an awesome collectible trading card game (with RPG elements), or of winning epic fights and prizes and making profit from trading cards on the blockchain, people would have lost interest and forgotten about it. But they didn't. Quite the opposite. Many more have joined and bought (or won) their SteemMonsters packs.

This game will most likely be one of the main avenues for onboarding new people to Steem, especially from outside of the crypto world.

I recognized the potential of SteemMonsters right from its pre-launch like many people. Unlike others, I had a limited amount of fiat that could go toward crypto world regularly (more or less). I also had (and still have) an underfunded Steem account, which needed to grow.

So, while loving the game idea and the fact the guys behind it were very serious about it, I made an informed decision: I chose to use the funds I had available to grow my account (power up).

Now, a few months later, I'm in the same situation, except the longer someone waits to buy packs from SteemMonsters, the worse it is for the one who joins late, and the better for the players already in. As I understand this, these packs are finite. At some point, SteemMonsters will stop selling these packs, and the only way to get them will be from the market from other players. Which will probably drive their price up.

Recently, there have been some awesome developments for SteemMonsters.
