Flower Sunday :)
I've seen there is another period of rain coming and thought it might be a good time to take a picture of the flowers we have now in our garden, before they pass too.
Some of them looked more beautiful in other years, when they had both rain and sun, and less wind. This spring was quite rainy and there were a few strong winds.
These bushes should have been planted with more distance between them:
And we have plenty of roses, some of them not yet blossomed.
This one is already old and will need to be replaced soon:
And I loved how this one looked in the shade. It's one with a fragrance too:
And since it's May, we will soon eat some cherries (and not pay an arm + a leg for them):

My grandparents had garden full of red roses... I liked to smell them when I was 6-7 years old.. Your photos throw me back to my childhood... Thanks!
Red roses... we have that kind too. Not blossomed yet though.
In my childhood we had in the green space in front of the appartment block pink roses, the kind you see in one of the photos above. I still remember going into that green space to smell them.
