My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2019

Hey, Wazzup!!

I've got more sweat today menh, aside from moving around the office we did a short jogging probably more or less 1Km distance.

We jogged after our duty at 19:00H UTC +3. By the way I'm with my colleague @tjcdc.

After a short jogging, since we haven't had our dinner yet of course our pet inside our belly is asking for it's share lol.

So at that moment diet has been compromised lol. We went to the legendary chicken joy maker "Jollibee" first before we went back home.
