TDIL: HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE!

in #heart-attack7 years ago

The most normal death among traders & investors are heart attacks due to market volatility while working.

  1. Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.
  2. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
  3. Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.

i knew this trick already but its very important to share it with others

Thank you for the post. I have a very bad heart. I have Afib and use blood thinners and i have an ICD that shocks me when my heart gets to a certain rate. And that aint fun ..... But its better than the alternative..... I am suceptable to strokes because of the afib but heart attacks arent out of the question either....

I had heart attack recently. I lost consciousness, and woke up in 1 minutes. Thanks for tips.
It was my first heart attack. I am 21 years old, I am not fat, I do street workout, I don't drink ...

Caution people. Stop doing exercises too eagerly, to the point of power exhaustion. NONONO

's very scary! I feel like we should all be doing biofeedback and looking for anomalies in our heart rates, brainwaves, and doing this to balance them! Maybe compare them all with each other on a big blockchain database where we can literally synchronize our brain waves and heartrates together online! Maybe we can make it so everyone heart beat syncs up,

I had a great idea for a scene in a movie where the final scene shows how everyone's heart rate syncs up and one large Heart beat is heart all across the world all at the same time! I know @frankbacon will like that idea! I cannot wait to have the funding on steem to make feature length movies AND AMC/DX/Netflix quality Tv series even documentaries and reality TV shows about Steem and its amazing characters!

Wtf, you must have suffered one and googled under 10 seconds... just saying

Highly rEsteemed! Stoner Magic 101.
Keep a Blunt on hand to induce such a response.

REALLy fun hanging out with you today! Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow and doing some great steemit posts together!

With market volatility, maybe handy to know, could save a life.

VERY IMPORTANT

It is wise to consult a doctor if we suspect that wen have a heart condition @fyrstikken
Taking aspirin everyday will help reduce heart attacks if we do have such arterial blockages in our hearts.

But if it is your time to die then die and let others take your cryptos because you can't take them to your grave so it is better to share it whilst you are alive and trading.

That is just my humble opinion about that issue.

Hi, I don't want to be an asshole but this is not quite true and I would like to correct this. Sorry to disturb. The first thing is to make a distinction between heart attack and cardiac arrest.

During a heart attack, a plaque ruptures and blocks the coronary arteries and cardiac tissue dies. The heart keeps on beating despite this. During massive heart attacks, the blockage can be so severe that it may cause a fatal arrhythmia (cardiac arrest).

The Cough CPR is has been shown to not be useful outside hospital monitorization. Is used mainly during cardiac catheterization to stabilize the initial seconds of a sudden arrhythmia. It doesn't work for all people despite these controlled conditions.

The pressure that coughing exerts on the vasculature is not enough to prevent or stop a cardiac arrest. One should look for attention immediately. Is a lot more useful to recommend people to have a speed dial number on their cellphones or computers.
