How I became the Shitcoin-Singer
After the Big Bitcoin Bubble was over, the altcoins-craze started but came to a bitter end with exchanges being hacked left and right from top to bottom.
It was the greatest depression crypto-currencies had ever seen, legit cryptographic projects had been pushed off a cliff by thousands upon thousands of scamcoins in all kinds of colors that drained the exchanges dry of Bitcoins and eventually crushed the Bitcoin-Price down from $1200 to $200.
Seeing all my friends sad and depressed, I decided the best thing I could do was trying to cheer everybody up somehow, and I figured that the best way would be to make a fool out of myself and sing a song that would touch peoples hearts, maybe release some tears or laughter which I for sure know a lot of people experienced when the song was new.
Over 20,000 people have watched it now, somewhat an indicator on how many people are actually into crypto-currency, fintech or just generally interested in the subject.
Anyway, the result became the infamous song known as "the shitcoin song" - people say to me all the time - "Hey you are that Shitcoin-singer" - which I am proud to say, Yes i am :) - I hope you enjoy it for the first time or for a second time.

I trade cryptocurrencies through my self-directed ira (see my post for more details). Basically, it is a very illiquid market, but with huge potential if you know enough about the new innovations in the different blockchains.
Here's what I look for to hold in my blockchain investment portfolio : independent implementations of blockchain, new consensus algorithms (proof of work, tangles, etc.), ring cryptography, and pay-for-use of a particular application (app-token).
Obviously, any number of these, the quality of the project and the devs and the community impact my investment decisions.
I can say that Steem has all but one of those criteria that I listed. If only ring cryptography were implemented ... sigh.
